Time Management For Christian Women In Business: Increase Your Productivity Learn to Prioritize Your Tasks

As a business owner, there will always be ideas that you just don’t have the time to make a reality, and tasks that can’t get done

in a day. This is OK – really! – but you need to learn to prioritize.

I talk with many Christian Women Entrepreneurs who struggle with setting up effective Time Management Systems. One of their biggest hindrances is a lack of productivity.

Maybe you’re one that fulfills many roles and can only imagine more days filled with laser focus.

We are all rushed off our feet nowadays. That’s how twenty-first-century life goes. We multi-task at home, at work, while running errands and on our mobile devices – sometimes all at once. In fact, if you once worked in the workplace and now work from home, you may find you seem to have more activity, confusion, chaos and responsibility piled on your plate than ever, leaving you somewhat stressed and bewildered.

Find a system that helps you decide which tasks are
priority, which tasks can wait and which ones can be outsourced to someone else
if you have a budget that allows outsourcing.

A good system to use is a tray system. It’s much like
an office worker has trays for paperwork coming in and paperwork going out. You
don’t need a big tray system for this. Simple little boxes that can hold small
slips of paper are fine.
