Do you put off your work for later, only to find your deadlines steadily creeping in? Is there a personal project that you’ve longed to complete but for some reason you put it off? Then you, my friend, are one of the millions of people afflicted by the procrastination virus. Procrastination is the biggest reason for loss of productivity and late output.

For many people, putting off their work for later is more habit than desire. It can be so hard to get into a groove where starting your tasks in a timely fashion is a priority, especially if the consequences for being late are things that one can probably bear.

If you are one of these people, yet you desire to shake off your propensity for procrastination, then you have come to the right place.

Yes, we must have the proper mindset. Yes, we must have confidence and embrace fearless living. We even need passion with action.

our dreams and that is procrastination.

Procrastination: Procrastination is a behavior which is characterized by deferment of actions or tasks to a later time. Psychologists often cite procrastination as a mechanism for coping with the anxiety associated with starting or completing any task or decision. [1] Psychology researchers also
have three criteria they use to categorize procrastination. For a behavior to be classified as procrastination, it must be counterproductive, needless, and delaying. Wikipedia

There are steps that can be taken to identify the origination of this behavior.

One thing that feeds procrastination is fear.
It’s important to become empowered to move away from this disempowering behavior by learning skills to combat fear and anxiety.

None of this will manifest the desired results you want unless you take action!

Begin to discover ways to eliminate the enemy of time. It has stolen years, dreams, and relationships and caused many disappointments. The time is now!

Empowerment is a choice! It’s up to you to take back your personal power and realize your dreams come true and the best of you.
